[Unofficial translation:] Rostra AG decides to acquire further shares in NMBZ Holdings Limited

Düsseldorf, July 10, 2025. With the approval of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board of Rostra AG today decided to acquire a further 5.63% stake in NMBZ Holdings Limited, Harare (Zimbabwe) (“NMBZ”) at a purchase price of USD 3.5 million. This follows the acquisition of a 19.01% stake in NMBZ on July 2, 2025; for further information regarding NMBZ, please refer to the ad hoc announcement by Rostra AG dated July 2, 2025. Upon completion of the new transaction, Rostra AG will hold 24.64% of the shares in NMBZ.
